Leur surface poreuse ne permet pas l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019engin \u00e0 vacuum.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"flex-1 self-start\">\n\t\t\n\n<p>Tunnel routier du st-gothard: remplacement des panneaux de rev\u00eatement mural \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e sud (airolo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Top12 et ACIGRIP\u00ae Aciers d\u2019armature inoxydables pour une protection anti-corrosion \u00e0 long terme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le blocage de voies de trafic importantes, comme le tunnel du Gothard en raison de travaux de r\u00e9paration, cause des dommages \u00e9conomiques consid\u00e9rables. C\u2019est pourquoi les planificateurs, ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage et exploitants d\u2019infrastructures misent sur des constructions et des mat\u00e9riaux durables afin de r\u00e9duire au maximum la fr\u00e9quence des travaux. Mis \u00e0 part les dommages caus\u00e9s par la corrosion, le concept des panneaux de rev\u00eatement en b\u00e9ton a fait ses preuves tout au long des 28 ans d\u2019exploitation. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont prot\u00e9g\u00e9 la structure portante du tunnel en particulier contre les impacts de v\u00e9hicules et les incendies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tat des panneaux de rev\u00eatement s\u2019est d\u00e9grad\u00e9 en particulier \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e sud, en raison de la forte exposition aux chlorures. Le remplacement syst\u00e9matique des panneaux de rev\u00eatement sur le premier kilom\u00e8tre \u00e9tait devenu indispensable des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du tunnel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tout, 1018 panneaux ont d\u00fb \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s sur ce secteur. Le bord inf\u00e9rieur des panneaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 se loge dans une rainure de la banquette. La dur\u00e9e de vie exig\u00e9e des \u00e9l\u00e9ments en b\u00e9ton et des supports en aciers est de 50 ans. Des mesures du taux de chlorure sur toute la longueur du tunnel ont montr\u00e9 que le premier kilom\u00e8tre du c\u00f4t\u00e9 sud \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement endommag\u00e9 par le sel routier. C\u2019est pourquoi, en plus de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une armature inoxydable, nous avons appliqu\u00e9 \u00e9galement un rev\u00eatement de surface. Cela permet aussi un nettoyage plus ais\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Pourquoi diff\u00e9rentes qualit\u00e9s d\u2019acier ont-elles \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es pour l\u2019armature des \u00e9l\u00e9ments?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Heimgartner<\/strong>: Le secteur d\u2019entr\u00e9e fortement expos\u00e9 \u00e0 la pollution et au gel exige un acier d\u2019armature fortement alli\u00e9. Pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques, nous avons opt\u00e9 pour le Top12 dans le secteur interm\u00e9diaire. En tant que<br>gestionnaire du tunnel, je ne prends cependant pas uniquement en consid\u00e9ration les frais d\u2019investissement actuels, sinon nous n\u2019aurions rien chang\u00e9 au concept des panneaux et aurions d\u00fb les remplacer dans 25 ans. Gr\u00e2ce aux armatures inoxydables, nous esp\u00e9rons une dur\u00e9e de vie sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Les nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s. Pourquoi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chinotti<\/strong>: Afin de pouvoir retrouver les caract\u00e9ristiques pr\u00e9cises de chaque panneau, chacun porte une \u00e9tiquette qui pr\u00e9cise son type, les caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u2019armature et du rev\u00eatement. Nous contr\u00f4lerons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement l\u2019\u00e9tat des panneaux afin de juger de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des produits utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Quels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis particuliers \u00e0 relever lors de la mise en oeuvre du projet?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chinotti<\/strong>: Avant de lancer le projet de remplacement des panneaux muraux \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e sud, un groupe de projet a reconsid\u00e9r\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement mural. Diff\u00e9rentes constructions et mat\u00e9riaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s par rapport aux exigences donn\u00e9es. Mis \u00e0 part les dommages caus\u00e9s par la corrosion, le concept des panneaux de rev\u00eatement en b\u00e9ton a fait ses preuves tout au long des 28 ans d\u2019exploitation. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont prot\u00e9g\u00e9 la structure portante du tunnel en particulier contre les impacts de v\u00e9hicules et les incendies.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tat des panneaux de rev\u00eatement s\u2019est d\u00e9grad\u00e9 en particulier \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e sud, en raison de la forte exposition aux chlorures. Le remplacement syst\u00e9matique des panneaux de rev\u00eatement sur le premier kilom\u00e8tre \u00e9tait devenu indispensable des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du tunnel. <\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>En tout, 1018 panneaux ont d\u00fb \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s sur ce secteur. Le bord inf\u00e9rieur des panneaux pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 se loge dans une rainure de la banquette. La dur\u00e9e de vie exig\u00e9e des \u00e9l\u00e9ments en b\u00e9ton et des supports en aciers est de 50 ans. Des mesures du taux de chlorure sur toute la longueur du tunnel ont montr\u00e9 que le premier kilom\u00e8tre du c\u00f4t\u00e9 sud \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement endommag\u00e9 par le sel routier. Diff\u00e9rentes constructions et mat\u00e9riaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s par rapport aux exigences donn\u00e9es. Cette analyse a montr\u00e9 qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me similaire \u00e0 l\u2019ancien, utilisant toutefois des mat\u00e9riaux optimis\u00e9s, serait le plus avantageux du point de vue technique et \u00e9conomique.
