Il est pourtant indispensable qu\u2019elles restent en tout temps pleinement fonctionnelles, afin de garantir l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux surfaces de stationnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>R\u00e9parer un rev\u00eatement co\u00fbte cher<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rampes construites avec de l\u2019acier d\u2019armature conventionnel doivent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9es contre les chlorures introduits par les v\u00e9hicules. Pour ce faire, on y applique souvent un rev\u00eatement. Les fortes sollicitations m\u00e9caniques du passage de v\u00e9hicules entra\u00eenent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une usure importante de ce rev\u00eatement &#8211; donc des co\u00fbts de maintenance \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Les travaux ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 l\u2019hydrod\u00e9molition d\u2019une rampe d&rsquo;environ 6,70 m de large. Pour sa reconstruction, pr\u00e8s d\u2019une tonne d&rsquo;acier Top12 a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour le lit d\u2019armature ext\u00e9rieur de la dalle. Les joints de dilatation perpendiculaires au sens de passage ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 prot\u00e9g\u00e9s localement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Aucun entretien n\u00e9cessaire, co\u00fbts de cycle de vie minimis\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le surco\u00fbt initial de l\u2019acier d\u2019armature Top12 \u00e0 r\u00e9sistance accrue \u00e0 la corrosion est rapidement amorti, car il ne n\u00e9cessite pas d\u2019entretien. Le co\u00fbt de cycle de vie total de l\u2019ouvrage s\u2019en trouve r\u00e9duit \u00e0 un minimum.
