Ce mat\u00e9riau se fa\u00e7onne en outre ais\u00e9ment et pr\u00e9sente une bonne soudabilit\u00e9. Les aciers inoxydables s\u2019utilisent pour la technique de fixation, pour l\u2019enveloppe des b\u00e2timents, pour ancrer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments en b\u00e9ton, pour les consoles isolantes, pour l\u2019armature des ouvrages en b\u00e9ton, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les aciers inoxydables se r\u00e9partissent en aciers martensitiques, aust\u00e9nitiques, ferritiques et aust\u00e9no-ferritiques (ou duplex). Le type de microstructure est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par la proportion et par le type des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&rsquo;alliage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion se r\u00e9partit en diff\u00e9rentes classes KWK (de 0\/faible \u00e0 4\/\u00e9lev\u00e9e), d\u00e9termin\u00e9es sur la base de l\u2019indice de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la piq\u00fbration (PREN). La r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;acier inoxydable \u00e0 la corrosion par piq\u00fbres d\u00e9pend, entre autre, du pH du milieu, de la concentration en oxyg\u00e8ne et en chlorure et de la temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Simuler le comportement \u00e0 la corrosion de l&rsquo;acier inoxydable<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des essais reproduisant des conditions sp\u00e9cifiques &#8211; par exemple en brouillard salin ou en environnement naturel avec immersion dans l\u2019eau et exposition aux intemp\u00e9ries &#8211; montrent le comportement \u00e0 la corrosion de l&rsquo;acier inoxydable. Pour obtenir ces courbes, on utilise une sonde en forme de stylo (EC-Pen) remplie d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyte (par exemple une solution NaCl) et \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes de mesure.
